A New Start

I'm sure Mum's will agree with me when I say that your whole life changes once you have a family. Suddenly there is no more time just to yourself, your exercise routine and good eating habits go out the window. So here I am ready to try again and lose weight and get my pre-baby body back.

Quick fixes are everywhere, but I'm looking for something that I can follow easily, no counting points or calories and keep up long term. What's worked for you and have you been able to keep the weight off?.
