Flabby Arms

Many of us suffer from the dreaded tuck shop lady arms, bat wings or flabby arms. You can cover up the legs and bottom, but my arms are often on display for the whole world to see.

With the advancement of research and development there are options to look at like weight training, creams and liposuction. Obviously surgery is not within every one's budget and you can't really go past exercise as your best option.

You can do some good sculpting with these following exercises:

Push-ups

  • Start with arms shoulder-width apart, and with your knees on the ground if you want an easy option.
  • Lower yourself to the ground and push back up. Do three sets of 10-15.

Dips

  • Start with arms straight and knuckles facing forwards on the chair, and legs bent at 90 degrees.
  • Lower body to floor and return to start position.

Repeat 12-15 times. Do three sets.

For added intensity, start with legs straighter.
